As a Loan Mod Specialist, I have found this software to be some of the best that I have used yet. It is easy to manage clients that are in processing, as well as new clients to prospect. I find the web based loan mod software to be very organized. Everything is color-coded and this allows only a quick glance to see what stage a file is in. Prior to using this software I was a long-time user of Leads 360. Sometimes when using Leads 360, I would look over important notes or tasks just because I couldn't immediately see them. With this system, you are well aware of the conversations that are going on between processors, and the negotiators, as well as conversations and documents that are needed by your clients. As person that uses the system everyday, I would recommend it to anyone who is looking at an upgrade.
